I recorded these messages during a short stay in the Pyrenees, in the CENTER D’ART I NATURA of Farrera (Pallars). When I immerse myself in nature, I can easily anchor myself and open the field of memories of other beings – in our case animal species – with minimal risk and with only minimal interference.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/p>\n

The decision not to travel with the rest of the artists to the Antarctic is part of my statement. Acting locally we can influence globally and with a lower environmental impact. I this way I distance myself from the heroic dream of going in search of a virgin territory overlapped with the colonial mentality of our Western culture. I choose to live\u00a0the feminine side of the adventure that was proposed to me, that is to say, the non-adventure of holding my space in the stillness and the waiting while others leave their territory of comfort, to show and demonstrate to the world their boldness but traveling through the safe channels that contemporary art is journeying.<\/p>\n

It was with the intention of investigating my own nature as human and its mediumistic<\/em> potential – which we share with all the living species of this planet – I joined an expedition that also tried to interact, by means of its artistic activity, with a natural environment in a direct way. We are nature, aren’t we? Our body is a universe that I continue exploring to the extreme of becoming myself the object that transmits and communicates to the public; although taken a step further, releasing the need to be the ‘figure’ with my acting presence, as a classical performer, allowing myself to disappear behind my voice, behind the words, those rhythms and rhymes that, moreover, are not mine. Remaining in known lands, neighbors, I tried to dare to travel to those territories that most fear, not because they have not been mapped, but because our dual mentality fears darkness and silence, doesn’t trust we can have access to other dimensions, irrationality.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/p>\n

It was easy. Every morning before starting my daily walk I was given indications about the animal species that I had to contact, and all I needed to do was to take me to a place where information would be downloaded and recorded on my phone. Each species chose a specific spot, a different climatic moment, generating a geographical experience parallel to their ‘apparitions’, turning in my senses a catalog of the various forms that water takes in the wild. I was even gifted with a sudden snowfall! Thus, the images with which I have subsequently supported the audios were formed, unintentionally. The locutions had already been delivered to the crew just before their departure, as there would be no communication during their voyage. They listened to them at night, sitting in the ship’s library.<\/p>\n

I began my journey by approaching a\u00a0small watercourse. The water is a perfect driver of information that allowed me to establish connection with the Antarctic waters. Water is the same everywhere, it is an information field in itself and resonates in all those parts where it is contained. Watching the water cycle was in itself a metaphor for my journey, since its various stages are talking to me about human alchemy, the artistic process, death and life,… let me repeat what we have heard so many times: we come from water and we dissolve in it when we leave. To witness the snow or the rapid condensation in the form of clouds, the waterfalls the sudden thaw, the rainbow reflected in the humidity … was the material that Life gave me to talk about it… and something similar that nourishes and runs by the earth which animals have referred to at all times calling it light, movement. What a beautiful image penguins jumping into the water to celebrate newborns and capturing light to feed them! They expressed themselves using this therm, and I kept in mind jellyfish -surely they eat them- that the previous day they explained to me how they generate light from the darkness and how their process imitates the activity of the universe. I have never studied animal behavior and its development from the point of view of biology, and I’m glad they express themselves with a didactic capacity unheard of for me.<\/p>\n

Initially the sound of the water made it easy for me to go into a trance in a matter of minutes and I hugged the whale that told me would be present during the whole trip. And so it was, travelers said when they came back they spotted thousands of whales, among other common species that inhabit the icy\u00a0continent.\u00a0During my stage at the mountains I was in contact with the crew at all times to the point that one night I felt the dizziness of the passengers crossing the Drake canal. It seems that I had not cut the ‘data transfer’ so immediately I ‘unplugged’ to be able to rest. Occupational hazards!<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/p>\n

I went ahead of time, yes, I connected with the near future travelers would experience -I kept mostly silent abut this perceptions, focusing on the animal’s perceptions instead- but in the quantum field the space and time coordinates are at least flexible, and one can play to get ahead or travel to the past, the latter being the most common form in which this gift is used to have access to memories and to delocalized knowledge.<\/p>\n

Communications were synesthetic, not only I caught the words that sprang from my lips with no more control than my terrible Spanish accent, but I often felt myself in the sea, I saw its colors, I saw their colors, I lived their perception of the sea, their perception of the body of light of other beings … sensations that I found difficult to transmit that spoke to me of the immense intelligence of the living beings speaking through me.\u00a0Dolphins appeared from various corners of my imagined space, and for a moment they took me with them, allowing me to experience what they literally told in the message, slowing and accelerating my vibes, I really had the feeling of swimming with them and their parables gave me\u00a0vertigo! They are indeed great communicators, I believe that poem one is the more fluid\u00a0one. After this trip the sea darkened and populated with tiny spheres, the jellyfish shook me and my hand did not stop moving throughout\u00a0the all transmission in a swing that drew the symbol of infinity, as they narrate\u00a0it, at its rhythm. I have been totally faithful to the dictates, although in reality they occurred much more slowly, with silences in between verse and verse that I have erased.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/p>\n

The recurring metaphor of the great lady, of planet Earth as a great woman, was present in most of her stories. Unlike us, animals are clear that we are all in interrelation with the medium that sustains us and describes it as a living and sentient entity. This has been the most powerful perception of his communications, the expression of his interdependence with the most Beautiful, the consciousness of being a fractal of a much more complex apparatus that participates in the present Life reaching the star system. They showed me the planet from afar, the scales of my visions varied at times and went from a microscopic vision to a vision of the terrestrial sphere traveling in the luminescent darkness. Do you remember when the penguins greet the passengers of the Earth ship? Where will it go? Say at the beginning of your message.<\/p>\n

Everything participates in everything and it is thanks to this principle that they could address to us, humans, reminding us that many of the learning they carry out and support as a species should already be fully rooted in our field of consciousness. Humble masters, their magic verses have more than one level of understanding if we listen to them carefully. Although I did not always know how to capture the relevant words in English that I was dictated. by ignorance of the language, but that’s it, and I am satisfied.<\/p>\n

The last message is perhaps the easiest as I asked without words – and knowing that it is known and scientifically studied that the sounds are amplified by the sea and can affect the life that it contains – how navigation has an impact in their lives?\u00a0The answer was blunt, touching,\u00a0and yet there is no resentment, only love, there is no resignation but understanding. That is very difficult to convey but my technique is to ask for words, not speeches that I must interpret later, since I do not want to meddle in the contents that are transmitted to me.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/p>\n

In the end, channeling is learning, because translating implies, whether we accept it or not, the filter of the mentality and culture of the person who acts as a bridge. It is a tremendous responsibility since truths always carry a distortion: I warn you, do not believe anything that does not resonate deeply with the tight strings of your heart, for the mind deceives everyone, including me. Remember Jonah hidden in the belly of the whale for not daring to speak, to prophesy, to transmit what he received. I would say that you stay with the music when it creates harmony and makes you vibrate so that part of your being will understand … the rest will manage. After all, if I receive the messages in the form of verse it must be because they carry a music, and melodies always awakens something to whom it is listening.<\/p>\n

Grab\u00e9 estos mensajes durante una corta estancia en los Pirineos, en el CENTRE D’ART I NATURA de Farrera (Pallars). Cuando me sumerjo en plena naturaleza puedo anclarme f\u00e1cilmente y abrir el campo de memorias de otros seres -en nuestro caso las especies animales- con un riesgo m\u00ednimo y sin apenas interferencias.<\/span><\/p>\n

La decisi\u00f3n de no viajar junto al resto de artistas a la Ant\u00e1rtida \u00a0forma parte de\u00a0mi\u00a0statement<\/em>. Actuando localmente podemos incidir globalmente y con un menor impacto ambiental. Tomo as\u00ed distancia del sue\u00f1o de ra\u00edz heroica que supone ir en b\u00fasqueda de un territorio virgen por su imbricaci\u00f3n con la mentalidad colonial de nuestra cultura occidental. Elijo vivir el lado femenino de la aventura que se me ha propuesto, es decir, la no-aventura de sostener mi espacio en la quietud y la espera mientras otros salen de su territorio de confort, para mostrar y demostrar al mundo su osad\u00eda y sin dejar de recorrer los canales seguros por los que transita el arte contempor\u00e1neo.<\/span><\/p>\n

\"\"<\/span><\/p>\n

Fue con la intenci\u00f3n de investigar mi propia naturaleza como humana y su potencial medi\u00famnico<\/em> -que compartimos con todas las especies vivas de este planeta- que me un\u00ed una expedici\u00f3n que pretend\u00eda asimismo interactuar, desde la actividad art\u00edstica, con un entorno natural de una manera directa. Somos naturaleza, no? Nuestro cuerpo es un universo que sigo explorando al extremo de convertirme a m\u00ed misma en el objeto que transmite y comunica al p\u00fablico aunque llevado un paso m\u00e1s all\u00e1, soltando a necesidad de ‘figurar’ con mi presencia actuante, como una performer<\/em> cl\u00e1sica, permiti\u00e9ndome desaparecer detr\u00e1s de mi voz, de la palabra, de esos ritmos y rimas que, adem\u00e1s, no son m\u00edos. Permaneciendo en tierras conocidas, vecinas, me puse a prueba para atreverme a viajar hacia aquellos territorios que la mayor\u00eda temen, no porque no hayan sido cartografiados, sino porque nuestra mentalidad dual le teme a la oscuridad y al silencio, al acceso a otras dimensiones, a la irracionalidad.<\/span><\/p>\n

Fue f\u00e1cil. Cada ma\u00f1ana antes de iniciar mi paseo diario recib\u00eda indicaciones sobre la especie animal que deb\u00eda contactar y s\u00f3lo necesitaba dejarme llevar hacia alg\u00fan lugar donde tendr\u00eda lugar la bajada de informaci\u00f3n y su grabaci\u00f3n en mi tel\u00e9fono. Cada especie eligi\u00f3 un paraje concreto, un momento clim\u00e1tico distinto, generando una experiencia geogr\u00e1fica paralela a sus ‘apariciones’, volcando en mis sentidos un cat\u00e1logo de las diversas formas que toma el agua en plena naturaleza. Fui regalada con una repentina nevada! As\u00ed se fueron conformando\u00a0espont\u00e1neamente, las im\u00e1genes con las que he dado soporte posteriormente a los audios.<\/em> Las locuciones ya hab\u00edan sido entregadas a la tripulaci\u00f3n justo antes de su partida, ya que durante su viaje no habr\u00eda comunicaci\u00f3n. Las escucharon por las noches, sentados en la biblioteca de la nave.<\/span><\/p>\n

Comenc\u00e9 mi viaje acerc\u00e1ndome a un\u00a0peque\u00f1o curso de agua. El agua es un perfecto conductor de informaci\u00f3n que me permiti\u00f3 establecer conexi\u00f3n con las aguas ant\u00e1rticas. El agua es la misma en todas partes, es un campo de informaci\u00f3n en s\u00ed mismo y resuena en todas aquellas partes donde se encuentra contenida. Observar el ciclo del agua fue de por s\u00ed una met\u00e1fora de mi viaje ya que los diversos estadios que toma me hablan de la alquimia humana, del proceso art\u00edstico, de muerte y vida, repitamos lo que tantas veces hemos o\u00eddo, venimos del agua y en ella nos disolvemos cuando partimos.Presenciar la nieve o la r\u00e1pida condensaci\u00f3n en forma de nubes, las cascadas el deshielo repentino, el arco iris reflejado en la humedad ambiente… ese fue el material con que el que la Vida me obsequi\u00f3 para hablar de ella y de algo parecido que nutre y discurre por la tierra y a lo que los animales han referencia en todo momento llam\u00e1ndola luz, movimiento.<\/span><\/p>\n

\"\"<\/span><\/p>\n

Qu\u00e9 bonita imagen la de los ping\u00fcinos saltando al agua para celebrar a los reci\u00e9n nacidos y capturando luz para a alimentarlos! Tal cual se expresaron y no dej\u00e9 de pensar en las medusas, seguramente se las comen, que el d\u00eda anterior me explicaban c\u00f3mo generan luz a partir de la oscuridad y c\u00f3mo su proceso imita la actividad del universo. La verdad que nunca he estudiado el comportamiento animal ni su desarrollo desde el punto de vista de la biolog\u00eda, ellos mismos se expresan sobre ello con una capacidad did\u00e1ctica inaudita para mi.<\/span><\/p>\n

Inicialmente el sonido del agua me facilit\u00f3 entrar en trance en cuesti\u00f3n de minutos y abrac\u00e9 la ballena que me dijo estar\u00eda presente durante todo el trayecto. Y as\u00ed fue, los viajeros dicen que avistaron ballenas a miles, entre otras especies comunes que habitan el continente helado. Estuve en contacto con la tripulaci\u00f3n en todo momento hasta el punto que alg\u00fan d\u00eda por la noche sent\u00ed el mareo que sufr\u00edan los pasajeros al cruzar el canal de Drake. Parece que no hab\u00eda sabido cortar la ‘transferencia de datos’ y al momento ped\u00ed ‘desenchufarme’ para poder descansar. Gajes del oficio!<\/span><\/p>\n

Me adelant\u00e9 al tiempo, si, viv\u00ed el futuro pr\u00f3ximo que esperaba a los viajeros, pero en el campo cu\u00e1ntico las coordenadas tiempo espacio son por lo menos flexibles, y uno puede jugar a adelantarse o viajar al pasado, siendo esta \u00faltima la forma m\u00e1s com\u00fan en que se utiliza este don de acceder a conocimientos y memorias deslocalizadas.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/span>Las comunicaciones eran sinest\u00e9sicas, no s\u00f3lo atrap\u00e9 las palabras que brotaban de mis labios sin m\u00e1s control que mi terrible acento espa\u00f1ol, sino que me vi a menudo dentro del mar, vi sus colores, viv\u00eda su percepci\u00f3n del mar, su percepci\u00f3n del cuerpo de luz de otros seres…<\/span><\/p>\n

\"\"<\/span><\/p>\n

sensaciones dif\u00edciles de transmitir que me hablaban de la inmensa inteligencia de los seres vivos que hablaron a trav\u00e9s m\u00edo. Los delfines aparec\u00edan de varias esquinas de mi espacio imaginado, saltaban y por un momento me llevaron consigo, experimentando lo que literalmente relato en el mensaje, ralentizando y acelerando mis vibraciones, realmente tenia la sensaci\u00f3n de nadar con ellos y sus par\u00e1bolas me daban v\u00e9rtigo! Efectivamente son grandes comunicadores, ese creo que fue el poema m\u00e1s fluido. Y despu\u00e9s de ese viaje el mar se oscureci\u00f3 y pobl\u00f3 de diminutas esferas, las medusas me conmovieron y mi mano no dej\u00f3 de moverse durante toda la transmisi\u00f3n, en un vaiv\u00e9n que dibujaba el s\u00edmbolo del infinito tal y como lo narran, contagi\u00e1ndome su ritmo. He sido totalmente fiel a los dictados, y aunque en realidad transcurren much\u00edsimo m\u00e1s despacio, con silencios entre verso y verso que he borrado.<\/span><\/p>\n

La met\u00e1fora recurrente de la gran dama, del planeta Tierra como una gran mujer, estuvo presente en la mayor\u00eda de sus relatos. A diferencia de nosotros, los animales tienen claro que todos estamos en interrelaci\u00f3n con el medio que nos sostiene y lo describen como una entidad viva y sintiente. Esto ha sido la m\u00e1s potente percepci\u00f3n que recib\u00ed sus comunicaciones, la expresi\u00f3n de su interdependencia con la m\u00e1s Bella, la conciencia de saberse un fractal de un aparato mucho m\u00e1s complejo que participa de la Vida presente hasta en las estrellas. Me mostraron el planeta desde lejos, las escalas de mis visiones variaban por momentos y pasaba de una visi\u00f3n microsc\u00f3pica a una visi\u00f3n de la esfera terrestre viajando en la oscuridad luminiscente. \u00bfRecod\u00e1is cuando los ping\u00fcinos saludan a los pasajeros de la nave Tierra? A donde ir\u00e1? dicen al inicio de su mensaje.<\/span><\/p>\n

\"\"<\/span><\/p>\n

Todo participa de todo y es gracias a ese principio que se dirigen a nosotros, humanos, record\u00e1ndonos que muchos de los aprendizajes que ellos llevan a cabo y sostienen como especie ya deber\u00edan estar plenamente enraizados en nuestro campo de conciencia. Humildes maestros, sus versos m\u00e1gicos tienen m\u00e1s de un nivel de comprensi\u00f3n si los escuchamos atentamente. Aunque no siempre supe capturar los vocablos pertinentes que en el ingl\u00e9s que se me dictaba por desconocimiento de la lengua pero as\u00ed es, y me doy por satisfecha.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

El \u00faltimo mensaje es quiz\u00e1s el m\u00e1s f\u00e1cil pues pregunt\u00e9 sin palabras -y sabiendo que se sabe y se estudia cient\u00edficamente que los sonidos son amplificados por el mar y pueden afectar la vida que contiene- que me contaran \u00bfc\u00f3mo impacta\u00a0la navegaci\u00f3n en sus vidas? La respuesta fue contundente, conmovedora, y sin embargo no percib\u00ed resentimiento alguno, s\u00f3lo amor, no hab\u00eda resignaci\u00f3n solamente comprensi\u00f3n. Eso es muy dif\u00edcil de transmitir pero mi t\u00e9cnica consiste en pedir palabras, no discursos que yo deba interpretar despu\u00e9s, ya que no deseo entrometerme en los contenidos que se me transmiten.<\/span><\/p>\n

Al fin y al cabo canalizar es un aprendizaje, porque traducir implica, lo aceptemos o no, el filtro de la mentalidad y la cultura de la persona que hace de puente. Es una enorme responsabilidad puesto que las verdades llevan consigo siempre una distorsi\u00f3n: os aviso, no os cre\u00e1is nada que no resuene profundamente con las cuerdas tensadas de vuestro coraz\u00f3n, pues la mente enga\u00f1a a todos, incluida yo. Recordad a Jon\u00e1s escondido en el vientre de la ballena por no atreverse a hablar, a profetizar, a transmitir lo que recib\u00eda. Yo dir\u00eda que os qued\u00e9is con la m\u00fasica cuando \u00e9sta genere armon\u00eda y os haga vibrar de modo que una parte de vuestro ser va a entender…el resto ya se las apa\u00f1ar\u00e1. Al fin y al cabo si recibo los mensajes en forma de verso ser\u00e1 porque llevan consigo una m\u00fasica, y aunque t\u00edmida, ella siempre despierta algo a qui\u00e9n est\u00e1 en escucha.<\/span><\/p>\n
